GTT 8 Istanbul - Bursa - Gordion - Ankara - Cappadocia - Antalya - Marmaris - Pamukkale - Ephesus- Izmir - Pergamon - Canakkale - Istanbul
Day 1
- Istanbul Arrived a friendly welcome at Istanbul airport. You will be met and transfered to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore. This evening you will get aquainted with your companions over a welcome drink.(D)
Day 2Istanbul After breakfast this morning you will board a ferry boat for a relaxing cruise along the Bosphorus waterway. A free afternoon for individual sightseeing, or you may care to join an optional tour to Dolmabahce Palace. (B,L,D)
Day 3 - Istanbul - Bursa Set out this morning, crossing the Bosphorus and then driving on to Bursa the ancient Ottoman Capital. On arrival you will visit the lovely Green Mosque, which houses the Mausoleum of Osman, the founder of the Ottoman Empire and then there will be time for shopping in Bursa's colourful Covered Bazaar. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Bursa.

Day 4 - Bursa - Gordion - Ankara After breakfast early morning Today you will drive to Ankara, Turkey's capital. En route there will be a stop at Gordion where according to Legend Alexander the Great cut the Gordion Knot and this opened the way to Asia. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Ankara. (B,L,D)
Day 5 - Ankara - Cappadocia After breakfast early morning Sightseeing in Ankara this morning visit to Museum of Anatolian Civilizations with it's display of Hittite treasures and artifacts. In the afternoon begin the southward drive to biblical Cappadocia. A stop will be made along the way at the 13th century Seljuk Karavanserai of Agzikarahan. (B,L,D)
Day 6 - Cappadocia  The high volcanic plateau at the center of this peninsula, Cappadocia, has been the home of various civilizations since the prehistoric times. In later centuries it served as a refuge for Christians who escaped from the Romans and the Arabs. The mural paintings that these religious communities left behind in their churches have survived to the present day and are among the finest examples of Byzantine art. A full day touring the "Moonlike" landscape of Cappadocia. The unique scenery of the Goreme Valley with the Rock Chapels Carved by early Christians is an unforgettable experience. Visit the Underground City of Kaymakli where thousands of Christians lived concealed from their persecutors and also see the pretty pottery making village of Avanos. The Byzantine monastic complex of Zelve will also be visited in today's touring.Dinner and overnight at hotel in Urgup. (B,L,D)
Day 7 - Cappadocia - Antalya After breakfast early morning Drive across the rolling stepped land of Central Anatolia to Konya where we will visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, founder of the order of Whirling Dervishes, and also see the beautiful Karatay Koran School, which is now a museum. Continue on throught the Taurus Mountains to the resort city of Antalya located on the Turquoise Coast of the Mediterranean. Arrival to the hotel.Dinner and overnight at hotel in Antalya(B,L,D)
Day 8 - Antalya (Perge & Aspendos) After breakfast early morning a day of exploring includes a tour of the Antalya Archaelogical Museum, then on to Ancient Pamphylian and the biblical cities of Perge with its Colonnade Street, and Aspendos with its Huge Theater, reputed to be one of the best preserved in the area. It seats 15.000 spectators and is still in use today. Return to Antalya for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
Day 9 - Antalya - Marmaris After breakfast this morning, depart Antalya for the drive to delightful town of Marmaris.Arrival to the hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Marmaris. (B,L,D)
Day 10 - Marmaris - Pamukkale After breakfast early morning Turn north again today. Crossing the mountains to Pamukkale, the magic area of white lime cascades which have been formed by the wind on the hot mineral springs. Visit the ruins of the Roman Health SPA of Hierapolis and enjoy a bath in the pool of your hotel's hot mineral spring waters.
Dinner and overnight at hotel in Urgup. (B,L,D)
Day 11 - Pamukkale - Ephesus - Izmir After breakfast early morning Travel across the Fertile Menderes Valley to the ruins that once were Ephesus, capital of Roman Asia Minor.See the 2.000 year old Marble Streets, the Impressive Theater, the Celcius Library and the Temple of Hadrian, the nearby stone cottage of the Virgin Mary will be visited this afternoon before travelling on to Izmir for dinner and overnight. Day 12 - Izmir - Pergamon - Canakkale After breakfast early morning First sightseeing stop today will be Pergamon, once the site of one of the most famous medical centres of ancient times. Visit the Asklepion and also climb the hill to the Acropolis with its wonderful Amphiteater. Continue on to see the ruins of Ancient Troy and the "Trojan Horse" before arriving at the seaside town of Canakkale for an dinner and overnight stay. (B,L,D)
Day 13 - Canakkale – Istanbul After breakfast this morning cross over the Dardanelles to the Gallipoli Peninsula for a visit to Anzac Cove and the Lone Pine Cemetery. Continue up the peninsula to Istanbul. On arrival in Istanbul with time permitting there will be a visit to explore the Underground Cistern and also a visit the beautiful St.Sophia, which is now a museum housing impressive mosaics and stained glass. For a taste of Turkish nightlife, perhaps join an optional evening tour which includes dinner and entertainment. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Ýstanbul. (B,L,D)
Day 14 - Istanbul  After breakfast this morning Enjoy a full day of sightseeing of Istanbul today. Visit the magnificent Topkapi Palace situated high above the old city with commanding wievs of the surrounding water-ways, this palace contains an incredible array of brillant jewels, artifacts, costumes and weapons. There will also be a visit to the delightful Blue Mosque of Sultan Ahmet-I and the Byzantine Hippodrome, the local chariot "Race Track" of ancient times. Round of your day with a visit to the Grand Bazaar with its 4.000 exotic shops. Hunt for a bargain in leather, gold or carpets. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Ýstanbul. (B,L,D)
Day 15Istanbul After breakfast early morning transfer to the airport for fly to your own country.(B)
